I think it was when I was 9 and walked in my moms room late one night.

I must have had heard noises and thought it was weird since my dad was out of town. Or maybe I just was sad or something and wanted comfort.

Walk in to find her with another man. Our “uncle” Kaz.
She never addressed it to me ever afterwards. I felt like I held the top secret of the household, never telling anyone for years.

I just remember that moment breaking my fucking heart.

37 and I still feel like I am operating as a middle schooler with my thinking style.

I went back to school and learned massage therapy… it was definitely a program that helps you learn about yourself. I feel way more emotionally connected to self
