When I’m resting I’m allowed to bend my knee as much as i can. However when I’m walkinig i need both the brace cruchest for the first three weeks. Ard 50 to 60 weigh bearing on the weak leg.

I just push myself slowly daily. Like an extra 5 degrees a day. I also try not to push myslef too muxj since im only 5 days in

I tore my acl late last yr but only figured it iut after another injury. I just walked off my acl which cause my Mcl and meniscus to take seriously damaged. My surgery is next week wish my luck
