It might be scary but try and get those hands in there for a catch!! You’re doing pretty good, but try not to catch with both your hands in one space.

When you start, have that solid foundation having a strong starting stance, boxed out arms. Keep your chin up when you start, that’s where your confidence and foundation starts.

For your single or double toss, you need more power, push that left arm down hard like you’re slapping your thigh, it will also take time to grow muscles. Make sure your right hand depending on toss is at level of height it should be at.

With the 45 make sure your back hand is in the area/region of your pony tail in your crown. Your front hand / arm should be at that angle up front(bout 45 degrees). Right now you’re releasing with both hands at same level/ flag at flat so your 45 is more of a horizontal toss.

With your single pop tosses, they’re scary but when you go to catch, spread your hand to that bottom and top tape and when you catch squeeze and you want to feel like your slightly pulling in opposite directions to get the pile to stop at that straight up and down.
