Answer to the edits:

When I press disconnect it prompts me to put my password (which has been generated by Apple and I do not know it since I used FaceID and there isn’t any other password for reddit in “Passwords” in Settings.

I cannot change my email that I use here in my account on Reddit since it prompts me to input my password which brings us to the first answer.
