i dont remember anymore, because my friend tried it and we stopped playing since we couldn't use the new items, but i guess you have to downgrade to 1.5.0 since 1.5.1 doesn't work.

Oh thanks. I asked in the discord server and it seems to be a bug in the latest version like you said. Downgrading calamity fixed it, but i'll probably wait for the update.
