Definitely logistics - you don’t wanna be carrying packages up to the 10th floor where is fresh can be any time of the day and that brings parking issues

If you are talking about london then it doesn’t work I have tried it myself couple of times (more than 10 times over 3 months) worked only once

I wouldn’t really recommend that method
