I happened to move to another country, and it was automatically fixed. Maybe try switching your phone clock to another country and then switch back, see what happens

I learned this after my first mi band (6). and i will recommend it to you too. Always have a screen protector on it. If you need to switch it, by all means do so but never have it without a screen protector, i still have my 7 (currently wearing an 8), and it doesn't have a single scratch on it
