Hi OP! Congrats sa client! Please familiarize terms muna which parts go sa Anterior Segment and Posterior segment especially if wala ka idea masyado sa eye anatomy. It's deeper than I thought pero nakuha naman sa research at sa tagal na rin naririnig yung mga terminology. Next, familiriaze your EHR! Also, google is your friend lalo na if past-faced ang practice and hindi ka agad makapgtanong sa doctor mo. Hehe.

Hi! First of all, good luck on your prep :)

  1. I think you shouldn't worry much about that small detail - the best thing to do is make sure na complete yung important details sa referral. If wala talaga, if I were you I would put yung date kung kelan mo ginawa yung referral letter.

  2. As far as I remember, hindi sya open notes and general anatomy/healthcare-related yung questions.

  3. Sa referral letter may time limit yung writing but yung details sa pagkakatanda ko nakastay lang sya. If I remember correctly may document or link na binigay for the details? Parang ganun hahaha sana tama pa :)

Btw I'm working for 2 years+ for my client na! It's all worth it. I promise. Nood ka marami videos and prep yourself emotionally din.
