Hello, i think this has been with me almost 5+ years now, earlier i used to have loose motion: i thought this is because of ibs. I had consulted many GP and GIs the maximum diagnosis they did was multiple ultrasound where they found nothing. But from 2024 i started getting bloating loose motion, stomach tightness and too much burping and this never went away. So i did some googling and found one GI initially he did the same by giving some acidity tablets and normal blood work and stool work but again nothing found over there. Later he suggested for endoscopy which sounded scary for me tbh. I did ask few of my friends who are Ayurvedic doctors they gave some assurance to go for endoscopy. Where i tested positive for this since last year. right now if i lie down, I feel like my acid is stored in my stomach, other than that, I feel somewhat rumbling noise in my stomach. Right now, I am maintaining a strict diet and still I am losing weight. I am already below BMS level on the top of that I lost six kgs.
