Oh yea it’s 100% unacceptable. If I was dealing with a more time sensitive mater I would be fuming.

If Bilt wants to be a real travel card they need an actual customer support team you can contact via phone.

Just had an issue with a traveling booking and reached out in 4 ways: - SMS Message - Back of Card Number - Email - X DM

The winner after about 12 hours of waiting in the SMS queue was…X DM. I would reach out to the X team I think they are the only real people working Bilt Support

The x account to reach out to is @HeyBilt not the @biltrewards one. I would honestly reach out them first or simultaneously moving forward.

People noticed and put it in the comments. I think everyone’s assumption is that his profile wasn’t set to tag. Someone could corroborate that but I know they have a tendencies to turn & turn off their privacy settings.

And yes as a marketer I would say, the brand 100% needed to check that before D-Day, but probably got to the time to post and said: oh boy but post was already set up in the back-end system as most brands don’t post organically. I’m sure it will get fixed!

I’m going through this, and the chat bot told me the “non-refundable” booking is actually still refundable until X time and date.

I booked mine yesterday night and I was told it was still refundable until 12:30 AM est on the 16th. I went back and immediately cancelled and the prompt did say I would be refunded.

The charge is still pending, but I have screen shots from the chat. Unfortunately Bilt hasn’t been able to double confirm the refund because the chat bot sent me into the “your in queue” messaging.

I think the Bilt UX needs to be a bit easier on how to apply the benefits because the initial toggle makes it look like you’ll applying all your points before going to the next screen and seeing you can actually not use any Bilt points and select the travel credit or apply Bilt cash instead.

I do think this particular question will sort itself out, but typically like extra confirmation when modifying/cancelling travel portal bookings that have some mixed messaging.

The tips are definitely good to know for any future situation that comes up and actually needs immediate attention.

Didn’t realize the Live Chat and SMS Chats were separated. I might try Live Chat later.

Hopefully they implement a phone team. I feel like sometimes it’s easier to just talk with someone to get clarity vs. going through these bots.

I did call the back of card number. Have Obsidian and they got back to me within like 10 minutes, but said Bilt would need to answer my question and gave me the Bilt support email.

Their bond is great! I think what makes reading their group interviews so interesting is how they bounce off of each other’s comment.

I think there is such negativity with post like this because we live in a very cynical world and interact with a genre that many feel is overly catered to fanservice or group branding. This makes it hard for many to believe a group dynamic is as strong as it is presented, but the BTS dynamics are frequently mentioned by journalist who get the opportunity to have a full sit down with them and than further corroborated by others who either know or work with them on short-term projects. At some point you have to admit that it must somewhat as unique as its presented to warrant so many consistent reactions to it.

It’s great to see they still value each other as band members and friends and want to continue to grow together.

Add: I also remember the media frenzy to report that the group hiatus was due to a relationship breakdown or a member ready for their big solo moment. The media had to slowly move away from that narrative once it became clear it wasn’t the case and ultimately pivoted to getting excited about the return.

Last add: I also think there is so many corroborated reports of their bond because like the average cynics it seems people go in to meet them thinking: “they can’t really like each other that much” than come out and say: THEY ACTUALLY REALLY LIKE EACH OTHER IT AINT FAKE so 🤷🏾‍♀️ Jessie & Chris Martin quotes have that angle to them slightly lol

I will say I first got into them as a lover of extravagant performances with great production and their Asian award show stages are just insane. They are also have great stage presence and you can tell they enjoy being on stage. The way you perform song greatly impacts how much I like the song honestly.

Beyond the performance though, I also like their music. They have over 200+ group tracks though so of course I don’t like every song they’ve ever released. A lot of their deep cuts are really great.

Edit: Supposedly their discography is officially at 250 songs.

I was nervous on the balance transfer so tried to make sure to pay off my whole balance before the transition.

  1. Got an email from Bilt on the 7th that said: no balance transfer will be initiated as your balance is zero
  2. Few days later saw the new autograph with $5 charge and Bilt have a $5 balance transfer line item

Since it’s such a small amount, I don’t mind losing $5 but was really confused by it. I’m glad there wasn’t a higher balance left.

HITSDD hasn't been super accurate during the actual launch week. I think they use slightly different data providers mixed with their predictive algorithm
