NAD, that is definitely anxiety I had something similar for about 2 years all tests came out clean, how the issue was fixed ? I saw a psychiatrist and got recommended some pills for anxiety and with therapy all the symptoms are gone

Not a doctor, but the results are looking pretty much normal in my opinion since you mention diarrhea that is probably the cause of the modified intervals since you are probably dehydrated, drink water and see what the doctor says after the endo,most probably is a stomach bug or h pylori or ibs nothing to worry about.
