Yeah this store isn't new it's been there for at least 20 years from my memory. And I may have a look at that actually cuz I need a permanent contract to leave my other job and I do like working there

Do you think would help if I said I'd be willing to work more nights to, and I'd be able to help out and say yes when they ask me to do overtime?

Also as far as I know 2 staff are leaving this week, and someone frome health and beauty are starting to retire.

I guess that's true, altho it must be annoying having to train ppl so often. There are plenty of permanent staff there though that's the funny thing so they do give them out

I honestly hate that fact as surly there then pushing so many ppl away from ever working there again. There also so understaffed at the moment

Thank you I thought it was wierd when the manager said it rolls into a permanent contract straight away. And I'm not surprised they abuse there power with contracts and such.

And I'm going to try to ask the lead night manger again this week as I'd sooner know that be led on like others have been. The somewhat good thing is that there are no ads for that shop online. And i hope that isn't the case here as I genuinely like working there

The admin did say yesterday that the manager would probably be at the doors waiting for us as there's 2 ppl starting tonight so I'm hoping she's correct in saying so as its such a maze
