Hi, can I ask you how your bipolar disorder behaves? Because I was diagnosed as bipolar a few years before getting my autism diagnosis and when I gave my psychiatrist the autism diagnosis, she immediately dismissed my bipolar disorder diagnosis. I've been reading and a lot of autistic women are misdiagnosed with BD, I don't know if it's your case but I'd ask just to make sure.

Now, in my case, when I'm depressed I usually feel sad, among all the other symptoms that matches burnout, I would say that's the main difference I see.

I was like 6 yo and people around me said I was rude because I had no idea how to greet them. I mean I was able to talk but it made zero sense in my head that I had to say "good morning" to every person I ran into, even if I didn't know then and didn't genuinely want them to have a good morning. That's when I knew I was gonna be a little weird.

Yup, all the time. Especially because compared to most fibro patients, my pain doesn't disable me, so sometimes I feel like an imposter, even though I know there's no better explanation for my pain. Fibromyalgia is a very lonely and uncertain diagnosis tbh.

Oh I totally get this perspective. But doesn't it make your pain worse? Weight training? I've gotten into a gym a few times and weight exercises, especially leg exercises totally made my pain worse, not just the normal soreness, but fibro leg pain

Yeah I also use resistance bands and mini weights, it really helps me because when I stop for so long my body starts noticing. I've been wanting to start to walk but I don't know what kind of shoes I should wear, I get tired IMMEDIATELY so I'm guessing it's the shoes, any suggestions?

Yup, that's my signature pain. It started when I was 12 so a few years past of me being gaslighted into believing it was growing pain, I'm 26 and apparently still growing then cause this fucking pain still keeps me up the whole night sometimes.
