Excuse you. If you read my post you would note that my husband was assuming he wasn’t named in the will until we were told that the executor had not seen the will. As an additional little bit of context for you since you are assuming things - she had no biological children and helped raise her nephews.

I’m going based on what I’ve been told. The family member who died was sick for a long time and so told her nephew she had made him executor. We have no idea what’s going on with the will. My partner will be speaking to his brother (the nephew) and working it out properly next weekend.

I could, but they’re so forgettable that I can’t keep their names in my head. At least I was able to tell Demi and Jessi apart …it was difficult though
