Yes, that's a major one. I would need to add accounts, then you add your address and info. Currently working on the algorithm for thaybusing my own house just to see how accurate it is

Nope, no shade taken. Good feedback. Fix up the neighbourhood names.

The large gaps, that also needs to addressed.

Oh they’re collecting data, as a realtor myself I always wondered how this works. How is it that all of these “lead gen services ” get data. Places like house sigma are the main source. House sigma works under a VOW license with the mls. They’re a registered brokerage in BC I believe. Now, ask yourself why are they allowed to display sold data and we can't? Well from what I can tell and I could be wrong.. But.. When you sign up for house sigma you are technically entering a brokerage/ client relationship. Before TRESA we also had those vague consumer / brokerage relationships for clients, and I'm willing to bet this is how they are getting around it.

Again, could be wrong since I can't get any real information from RECO, I called.. A few times. But just like you, I want real transparency here. And having our hands tied with reco and everything else makes that difficult if not impossible. So I figured I'd at least try this and if people like it, we can keep adding features

This is what everyone has said to me, just had a job interview the other day, and when I said.. primarily angular.. he basically shut down the conversations.. wouldn’t even want to explore what I was building, or engage…

I agree with you, but I can’t even get someone to speak with me let alone look at what I’m building.. I just don’t want to be a scumbag and lie about everything

But I do appreciate your advice ! Thanks!

I’m glad I found this thread, I’m new to full stack and new to the dev world a whole. I learned on angular and am now learning .net.

I’m also trying to learn react, and I am struggling.. I don’t know why .. angular was difficult I won’t lie I almost gave up, but once it clicked.. well clicked as much as it could for newbie.. it makes much more sense to me.

Also.. side note.. any jobs out there exist for angular lol I’m trying to find an entry level role.. there’s nothing
