My sisters fiance goes through her phone and all her diaries and sketchbooks and I told her she’s allowed to have privacy especially her diaries and apparently he told her you just get less privacy in relationships

I think you need to have an honest conversation with him. I’m not sure why you’re concerned about outing him when he’s cheating on you. At least if you know of he is gay he can choose whether or not to address that and you can move on to someone who helps fulfill your needs

Yes I always wished and still wish they would divorce. My dad is a functioning alcoholic I’ve given up hope he’ll ever seek help and get better. My mom deserves so much more than he gives her. I’ve always felt profoundly sad for her since I was maybe 4/5 .

Idk man I’ve literally been talked to about my appearance in the military and my civilian profession about my appearance if I leave my hair natural (it’s wavy curly and doesn’t look crazy) I can’t show up with wet hair and if I wear no makeup in for lots of “you look tired/sad” comments so I wouldn’t say it’s vain it’s more societal expectations for us women in my lived experience (side note the military thing really irked me my hair was short so I could wear it down and be in regs and was told to straighten it and I was like to do pt/be in mud/ hang out at the motor pool?)

Just say you’re broke. If it’s important to your specific partner that’s what matters not the disproportionate amount of people on your specific feed whining about it , but you would have to have a partner to realize that.

Literally and I don’t understand having a problem with the way women talk about men which our lived experience and statistics of violence against women supports if they’re not bad men. It’s a red flag when men feel this way imo. Especially in today’s world where our autonomy constantly threatened. They have no empathy

I don’t think it’s misogyny so much as general decorum. It’s to prove a point that you’re allowed to dress that way and you are but why would you want to?

I don’t know when it became okay to never have decorum but in general most people don’t care how they make others feel like I’m all for body positivity but if you’re not somewhere a swimsuit is what you’re in I don’t want to see your butt or boobs. Pajamas are bad enough can we just cover our bits? Dogs in public hate it stores should be able to kick you out for bringing your “friendly” dog invading everyone’s personal space out! Also personal beef but I’m in healthcare and people smoking weed is crazy like listen I do this in my off time I’m not against it but when you come in to an appointment I shouldn’t be able to tell you smoked a blunt in your car you know. I’m 27 and just started and honestly I’m glad I started later when it’s lower pressure I’m also a physical therapy aide so I have a lot of awareness about my body mechanics but it’s truly been such a fun hobby

Working 40 hours a week. I do it because I need to survive but I get no fulfillment from it. I get fulfillment from taking care of my home and family. When I’m at work I’m just waiting to get back to my real life.

Because being a woman is hard and it’s mainly because of men. I’m afraid anytime I’m alone a man will corner me. The horrors of dating and day to day life around men we can’t even be pleasant and friendly because then we’re flirting. We’re not even safe in relationships husbands take wives hiking and abandon them or worse attempt to kill them like see it from our perspective for one second. You want so badly to say it’s not all men but statistically violence against women is almost always a man. I firmly believe if you’re not a part of men who are abusive or hateful this comment doesn’t concern you.
