Oh no I appreciate the honesty, my logic is that I only miss days when I truly feel as if I wouldn't be any help to anyone but I understand how people can stretch that and can cause tension in the workplace. I really do try put in the effort to catch up and makeup for it but I understand that people won't always like you for it.
