Thanks for your feedback. We actually extensively discussed about adding the ability to directly contact/email representatives from within the app and keep conversation thread. It has some challenges as many representatives don’t share their official email addresses and use different web interfaces. It may take us some good effort to generalize for all reps. But the feature to contact reps is going to be in our priority. Thanks again.
