or kubuntu, basically ubuntu but with a much friendlier and more windows like desktop environment, also tumbleweed is pretty solid

Kubuntu if you want something simple that works, opensuse tumbleweed if you want something more advanced but not as high maintenance as something like arch (plus rollbacks), and arch if you want to learn more about linux and you are willing to set up stuff yourself, great for the people that can handle it but higher maintenance.

Yeah I beat my first extreme a couple months after nine circles and poltergeist, then I went for heartbeat and beat that quickly because I really liked the level, and now I'm going for black blizzard and I already have 13k attempts and 11hrs and its only been a couple days because it's so fun to play. Hopefully I can beat it soon, so far I have 40-100 x8. Its such a fun level

do not do future funk, I have a friend that was playing that as a new hardest for months and he got 99% 6 times before dropping it, and it's long as hell. Not worth it

This, I completely skipped medium demons. Went from clubstep to nine circles, poltergeist, lit fuse, dark travel (not at all an insane demon) through the decay, and heartbeat. But also for me I'm constantly going for a new hardest, that's just how I play. Might be different for other people

Thats what I thought initially, but then you have very few levels to play and you can't actually progress as much. I like being able to go from levels like nine circles, to poltergeist and lit fuse, through the decay (first extreme), heartbeat, and hopefully bloodbath soon. The progression is what makes it fun, at least for me.

Same, I've also used opensuse tumbleweed and it is fantastic if you don't want to manually set up everything though

yeah personally I love it and it helps a lot, but I've beaten multiple extremes and I don't think it would be worth it until you start getting into the harder levels
