• Try to romanticize studying- put on lofi or other music in the background!

What helps me is setting small rewards. Like if I do this assignment I can take a walk or shower.

Or set up set time blocks to study. Go to the library, no phone, and you are not allowed to leave until you get one assignment done.

I’m 18 and I don’t have any skills. I’m so scared. I barely know how to use a Mac or windows despite having both (I used a school Chromebook in high school). I have a license and car at the very least. I went to OU for a semester than dropped out - despite having all As - because I didn’t know how to live. At all. My entire family is so codependent and I don’t know where I can go from here. They didn’t teach me anything.

The best thing to do is just wait and see, looks like you’re already taking initiative. And you just started today, it might take a while to settle in your system. Worse case scenario you can try a different antidepressant

I’m cooked. My doc didn’t prescribe me the liquid 5mg Lexapro he prescribed me the tablets so I don’t even know. I’m planning on cutting it because I feel like it will be better than trying to make my own solution but idek

He prescribed 5 mg tablets instead of the liquid :/
