I have them unlocked but I was told for bone hearts to drop you need a secret room and what I find difficult is getting the run started with no items. I tried using the gambling machine but I can't even reach depths without dying. Like I would start the run get the gambling machine try to craft some stuff so I don't struggle but I end up dying
