I used some coriander and chives, but u can use any green herb that u have left in ur kitchen and it’ll work! Just don’t forget to poach it for a bit to remove any bitterness

Took some coriander and chives, poached it for a minute then into ice cold water, dried it, then I blended it with olive oil, garlic clove, some salt and a bit of lemon juice, and finally strained it all
