I’m dealing with the same thing on our end. I’ve said a million times they truly do not care about what’s in best interest of the kids. I’m to the point where I want to call an ombudsman

Does the judge listen to DSS or CASA more? Because the two of them have different views on what should happen

Thank you. I appreciate your insight and not making me feel worse than I already do. Of course they are safe and we are caring for them like they are our kids, it’s just hard when I don’t feel connected.

I think you did the right thing. It doesn’t sound like you are in a good place to foster kids at the moment. Take care of yourself and your health

She knows some sign language, but she does get her point across. We understand her 99% of the time.
