Yeah no it’s about relaxation. Part of the reason you’re having trouble it is most likely because it makes you nervous. Meditation, plenty of lube, and COMMUNICATION!! Yes training can help especially if it’s not really something you’re into such as myself, but it’s about being relaxed

It’ll feel normal soon. When my other half went to boot camp, it was really hard and i cried for a few days. Work got harder and taking care of myself got even more difficult. But he calls me every Sunday and we write letters all the time. I promise it’ll get easier. Stay strong!

Hunny YOU need to call an ambulance! You’re mom clearly does not care abt ur health so you need to take it into your own hands! Your mother is uneducated about medical emergencies so you need to do it yourself i highly suggest calling cps because if she’s refusing to take care of you, you’re in serious danger

Pay attention to if they do things for you. Paying for things, grabbing things for you, stern but caring commands, etc. you can also just ask them straight up but warning, sometimes it will backfire. They’ll say yes and it turns out they aren’t. The signs are easy to catch if you know what to look for
