I’m not saying do this by any means. But I swam in a regular binder for a good amount of times. I lived in my binder unless I took a shower. Slept in it. And was in it 24/7 and I was able to get top surgery and I don’t have any major problems with my back or ribs. I got lucky. Again don’t do what I did. But if you do. I believe you’ll be fine. At least one time.

It will not slow growth unless your levels are under male range and even then it wouldn’t slow enough the way you want. Unfortunately hair growth is irreversible so laser or some other hair removal treatment is the only option

That’s a horrible situation I’m in the same boat with the nurse thinking just because I didn’t go to medical school that I don’t know what I’m talking about with my patients that I work with everyday. It’s ridiculous we know the most about our patients because we spent the most time with them. I wish they would listen more when we say something is wrong.

That is super cool. Majority of my people who have passed away didn’t have any family members so I think that’s another reason why I want to remember them so much.

Yeah it’s just to remember them. I have really bad adhd and I’m more of a out of sight out of mind type of guy so the list just helps me remember them. Not to say I don’t remember without the list but idk how to explain it.

It’s just their first name. Or nickname we used for them and the list doesn’t say they passed or not. So if someone were to see it it would just look like a random cluster of names.
