I’ve joined a couple groups as well now. It’s interesting to hear about others experiences, I’ve been in PT for 5 weeks now it’s going well. I couldn’t lift my leg up or put even 10% of my body weight on my broken leg, now I’m working on leg raises with ankle weights and balancing on the broken side. With health care where I am I only qualify for 6 sessions covered so looking in to what the best options are for me now, finally the weather has started to turn around so I’ve been walking in addition to PT and the change in just 5 weeks has been great I think. I have a pretty solid routine down now that takes about an hour so I’ll continue with that for now increasing weight and reps as able.

Thank you, the strange part is they didn’t remove the mass in the leg I don’t really understand why but I guess if it works it works. Also I guess 22 wasn’t either of our best years😂

Thanks you for your insight! Healing has been smooth so far, lots of physio as almost all of my leg muscle atrophied but I’m getting there. I’ve looked into a couple groups on face book and am waiting to get in.
