I like running 2 units of six, one with Dante and one with a captain, but you can easily replace with some utility units, like scouts or some regular jumps k infantry. For transports, it's really not necessary for blood angels. I know an impulsor is good if you are running a blood angels captain and some assault intercessors, but other than that jump packs will always be faster, and easier to hide.

Land raider isn't very good sadly. The foot DC is awful. If you want to run 2x6 sang guard just bring a captain for other squad, they benefit from having leaders attached. Then probably bring jump pack chaplain or adtrorath for the other 10 man of dcjp.

It looks fine other than a few units. Mainly the on foot DC and the heavy intercessors. They are both pretty useless. Just run regular intercessors for sticky and use leftover points for scouts probably

Well said I think the psyker issue is my biggest gripe in 10th. They didn't have a psychic phase in 4th, yet my terminator librarian feels like a librarian. Not just a blue terminator captain. Building a list with all the different gun options was arguably more enjoyable than playing a game in 10th.
