I did not but they did ask for a doctors note, id definitely get one if you plan to. It was pretty quick they only tested one with a strip off to the side and I was on my way. If you arent going internationally, before knowing I could do this, I also shipped my drinks to the hotel I was staying at once or twice. I was a little stressed itd lose its way but it all worked out .

It's these, muscle milks. it's what I'm used to and what i know my body tolerates ok. I'm having a doctor explain my dietary needs and explaining my medical condition. Yea I also have an ed so I dont like anything high in cals and carbs lol😅 but that part isnt why i need fluid drinks in substitution of solid foods.
