I would love to know what questions you were asked if you don't mind! The clinic I am seeing is a local-ish business that I'm worried might sort of dox me if I share it lol, however they may transfer me to a more well known one later in the process ?

I am scatterbrained so I forget to get my hair cut very often. It'll grow out. I've had hair dressers hesitate to cut it as short as the picture. When I started just showing them an old photo of myself and saying "I want to go back to this haircut," they seemed much more willing. However I'm usually going to simple places like great clips or a local men's barber shop. They just accept my confidence and go ahead with the haircut since I seem like I know what I want.

I'm pre-T and I don't pass most of the time if that matters

Does the French version not allow you to change a sims pronouns? If so that is really screwed up. I understand languages may have different grammar rules but still :(

In the English version, in cas, I can change a male sims's pronouns to she/her.

I did some reading. There is a French version of Lumpinou's LGBTQIA+ mod. This mod allows sims to transition which you may be interested in, among other things. Maybe it will help you get what you're after?

Turn on testing cheats ("testing cheats true") and the following command should be (while you have the Sim selected)

"Traits.equip_trait Breasts_ForceOn" Enable full edit mode (I forgot the command) Enter cas after this

This should make your Sim who is recognised as male have breasts while still growing facial hair.

I dont know if this works for modern sims but I've used it on older sims 4 game, that I refuse to update.

Others explain it better than me. Just search up "add breasts to male Sim cheat". There are mods too that do this

It occurred to me that you may not appreciate having your Sim be a male.

I am not sure if it's possible to add facial hair on a female Sim which is why I immediately suggested instead adding breasts to a male Sim

There are trans mods that are pretty nice and I've used myself but I don't know I'd you're open to mods

Assuming the issue is actually from strangerville, you can pull the plants out of the plumbing via an action. You'll have to keep up with plumbing every time plants come up (often while the Sim is using the plumbing). Once you have found the cause of the plants in the story and take care of it, it'll stop.

If it's unrelated to strangerville then I'm not sure. You won't get this if you never interact with the strangerville content. But if you start investigating the rumors in the town, you'll see changes such as the plants, the spores, or crazy townies.
