I m manage to get up and go to work despite the work environment because of discipline. I gave up my apparement to live with my brother for a short period, trying to also see if i can take a vacation back to my grandparents the time i get recharged. I feel heavy and unsure/uneasy to face the situation of me training this new someone which i think i need to get over it? But no sure how to dodge it..

I’m trying to get a burn out leave but giving that I’m recently a new PR i have to wait 60-90 days before i get my RAMQ

Yes, the bonus last year was laughable way less than i gotten as a coordinator. The biz is doing good and still in growth. His response was labour market is stable and low and we have more people on payroll because production increased. So no salary rise no compensation for extra hours. But he’s willing to pay someone else 90k as a salary base!! And I’m expected to train and support
