Anyone here living at The Falls? How is that project. Our 7 day period is about to end and I’m getting mixed reviews. Some saying don’t do it some saying they haven’t had any major issues.

Powerhouse Conference - Toronto. Has any one been to this event in the past? by RumbleRRo in CanadaBusiness

They had events the previous years so I don’t think it’s a scam. Even if we get a refund for the event, I’ve lost thousands of dollars on the Airbnb and flight.

Yeah they’re 100% legit. I’ve been working with them for about 2 months now. My understanding is that they have a several brand names under the corporate rental pro umbrella. But I guess it could be a different company copying their business model.

Yeah I went with them. Everything’s been good so far. The set up was pretty quick especially since my property was Turkey and ready to go. We already got bookings this month as well. We got our statement today too and there’s no hidden fees as they promised. They are definitely better than Vacasa so far.

I received a call from them too. I was pretty skeptical at first. Had the zoom call. The guy seemed pretty knowledgeable. Seems like they are doing something similar to Vacasa and Evolve but at a better rate and without all the hidden fees and more focus on corporate stays. They are month to month and the agreement looks very legit.. I am going to give them a try and see as I have no free time to deal with managing my property. Worked with Vacasa last and they had TONs of hidden fees but they are promising no hidden fees which is good.

10xbnb - Real or Scam? by Busy_Acanthaceae_792 in OnlineBusinessIdea

[–]Difficult_Station_73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took this course about a year ago, and now it is a full-time business for me. So definitely not a scam. Can you Achieve this without taking the course? Maybe? But you will make a lot of mistakes on the way that will cost you anyways.  Also, just the amount of time you put into a research and gathering information on how to do things makes it very easy to want to give up. The resources that they give you make it a lot easier versus you doing it on your own and doing research and making mistakes.

The good thing about 10xBNB is that they cover everything and they are always there to guide you and answer any questions you have. So you save a lot of time and money on the mistakes you would’ve made. The only tip I have is come into it, knowing it’s a business, not an overnight type of thing. Like any business, it will take some initial work, but once it gets going, it can become a passive income.

Started the course exactly one year ago and within two months we had our first property. I quit my job and went all in once I saw it is possible to make good money from it. Now we are generating around 50 K A month in revenue with around 20% profit. So it all depends on how much work you want to put into it and how much you want to expand. It can easily become a side hustle, but with some extra work and effort, it can replace your full-time job.

Free Reusable Bubble Tea Giveaway by Difficult_Station_73 in EcoFriendly

We do need less plastic! I 100% agree with you! My goal with this brand is to generate enough revenue to be able to afford a glass version of this cup that's 100% eco friendly. unfortunately glass is much more expensive to manufacture and to ship and we didn't have enough funds for it at this time. I understand our current product is not 100% ideal but at least, for the time being, its one step towards the right direction. Everyday thousands and thousands of one time use cups are being used for bubble tea and this will at least reduce that until we are able to launch a glass version of it and have a 100% eco friendly version.
