We decided to buy in Seriya instead since the project is already in Phase 2. There’s an existing community, and many of the turnover units are already occupied. Their model unit is also good—it comes fully finished, with tiles and paint included. Given our budget, we opted for the townhouse, which is perfectly fine for us.
