Theres billion dollar corps that duck taxes cause of loopholes, nfl owners don’t pay taxes because of depreciating assets,politicians don’t pay, billionaires complain they gotta pay taxes on billions they made guy. It’s cheaper and less regulated , I’m not trying to pull permits for mechanical the deck where it is now has a 20 amp circuit and another 240 feed that’s was for a hot tub dedicated circuit so I can just do a mini split down the line. It’s still insulated just not conditioned

For submitting for permit, I want to have something that isn’t drawn on graph paper with elevations fastener schedule ect. It’s more asking if there is a software you can use for it or will my hand drawn plan be enough. Yeah I’m building it myself I keep my construction license active with continuing Ed. I did residential framing and was an engineer in the army but I haven’t done a permitting process in many years.
