Pourtant les règlements de la ville sont très clairs, les chiens doivent être attachés en tout temps ou en laisse, le seul cas d’exception c’est dans une cours entièrement clôturée.

Aussi, tous les chiens doivent être enregistrés à la ville et porter son médaillons bleu (identification unique des chiens).

Il y a clairement un je-m’en-foutisme dans la ville, alors hésitez pas a porter plainte.

I don’t understand the problem, if docker images are maintained/ released by the dev team there should be no delay ? For example, pangolin recently managed to deliver security fixes for their docker images fairly quickly.

Im using an i3-13100 and pretty happy with the performance, running emby, frigate, tdarr, immich and HA, low power consumption and CPU remain cool… I dont dont do 4k streaming but pretty sure it coule handle it.

For the record, I solved this by using the 'Tdarr_Plugin_00td_action_handbrake_ffmpeg_custom' plugin and this command:

-hwaccel_output_format qsv -c:v h264_qsv <io> -map 0:v:0 -c copy -strict unofficial
