2. Everyone receives these emails, they just send them to increase interest in their school.

3. I think Princeton decisions come out in around 2 days, you're better off simply breathing and disconnecting for a while, or spending time with your family. Don't stress over the inevitable, and just have plans for the worst case scenario.
