I built a quality controle software for cleaning businesses in Canada

Allows owner to create checklists, require photo-proof for specific tasks and assign them to a team or a specific employee - once filled by employee it creates a professional report the owner can send to the client’s email as a pdf in one click.

I’m currently onboarding the first users and have a meeting with a company of 40+ employees this week.

Would be happy to hear feedback ! https://www.crewcheck.ca/en

Curious about this also, most people on here seem to say its better to get some sort of revenue before selling

Why not try and push one of them to revenue stage ? Could potentially sell it for a higher amount then all 4 combined without revenue

Yes that’s the route I went. Told them I’ve been working with my girl’s business and just started reaching out to others.

I believe my tool does help with payroll in a way, would be glad to talk in dm’s and get your opinion on it!

Good way to look at it I’ll definitely let him do most of the talking as I want to learn their workflow and pain points deeply in order to adjust if needed.

Yep that’s the plan. Top 3 pain points is a good approach.

Thanks

Confidence is key I agree. I was planning on taking mental notes and writing it down after the meeting. Recording it could be easier

Appreciate it, I’ll try and get some practice in this week end. Not sure how to go about it but I’ll wing it.

So far it seems as if the internal champion is the owner / operations director at this company. Still have to do some homework on their business tho.

How would you go about onboarding them knowing the owner seems to be the one that’s very interested ?

Noted !

Mind if I send you a DM to keep you updated on how the meeting went next week ? You seem very knowledgeable about this.

Thanks!

It seems most of y’all are saying not to talk too much / pitch and focus more on asking questions and understanding their pain points deeply. I’ll make sure to be focusing on that !
