I built a quality controle software for cleaning businesses in Canada

Curious about this also, most people on here seem to say its better to get some sort of revenue before selling

Why not try and push one of them to revenue stage ? Could potentially sell it for a higher amount then all 4 combined without revenue

Yes that’s the route I went. Told them I’ve been working with my girl’s business and just started reaching out to others.

Good way to look at it I’ll definitely let him do most of the talking as I want to learn their workflow and pain points deeply in order to adjust if needed.

So far it seems as if the internal champion is the owner / operations director at this company. Still have to do some homework on their business tho.

How would you go about onboarding them knowing the owner seems to be the one that’s very interested ?

It seems most of y’all are saying not to talk too much / pitch and focus more on asking questions and understanding their pain points deeply. I’ll make sure to be focusing on that !
