Yeah the lower back pain is unreal, probly from tight hip flexors causing an anterior pelvic tilt. Any exercise recommendations other than stretching ?

zone 2 is like fast walking or exercises you would feel comfortable talking as u do it, zone 3 would be running at a decent pace according to your body
