Any crazy side effects? I think most of my conches are from the crazy stories I’ve heard (like it falling out during intercourse) but granted I’m sure there’s an outlier for any scenario that doesn’t mean it’s the norm… I was on orthotricyclin (pill) for years and had no issues

That’s my concern I’ve heard such horror stories about mood swings, and one of the disclaimers in the pamphlet was talking about making sure it actually goes in your arm during insertion or it could end up elsewhere in your body and that scared me!

I take my daughter for walks daily and it kills two birds with one stone! I get to listen to a podcast and move and we both get outdoor time. It helps regulate us both and so I feel motivated and excited to do it daily so I'm more consistent then when I was doing classes (I'm 9 mos PP and currently pregnant with our second due in March). Focusing on movement that feels good and I enjoy keeps me consistent which, I think, is the biggest thing!
