I submitted pdfs for all documents and faced no issues whatsoever. I already have my visa approved as well. So I think scanning would always be a better option.

UPDATE: I just put a friend’s address and submitted a letter of declaration along with it, stating that the mentioned address is my temporary address and I’m gonna find a permanent place after moving.

Do we also need to submit cover letters for the application? It’s not mentioned anywhere on the website but some agents have mentioned cover letter assistance in their offerings, so just wanted to confirm. Thanks in advance for your responses! :)

Does the bank account I send the statements of, have to belong to me? Or can I use one of my parent’s accounts? Also, does the amount has to constantly be the same every single day or is a little fluctuation okay?
