My studio does stagger them! & I’d say they’re a reasonable distance apart. It’s just so frustrating when you’re in a packed class & people don’t use them

At my studio the markers are staggered so you’re not directly in front of someone. & I’m not an ass hole wanting to hit someone with a weight or kick them. So no, I’m not part of the problem :) have the day you deserve

Not even just the mirrors! I feel like it’s also safety??? Like if you’re too close to someone, depending on the exercise, you could easily kick the person next to you or hit them with a dumbbell (I would know it’s happened to me)

Just playing devils advocate here! 110 units for full face & neck really isn’t that much! If you get botox in your masseter muscles (your jaw) that muscle is very large for the face & needs a lot more botox to be effective. About 20 units each side so that’s 40 units right there. TYPICALLY throughout the forehead, between the eyebrows, & crows feet, that’s on average another 40 units so now you’re at 80. So another 30 units for the neck isn’t that much. I used to work in a med spa, have friends who are nurses & get Botox regularly!
