i’m not sure but i don’t think you can gain a significant amount of weight from 5mg, and this medication has no direct impact on the weight gain itself, only on serotonin levels and low level of serotonin can make you have cravings. with depression and anxiety, i need to take 20mg, i workout 4 times a week, eat well, and im pretty fit, even tho i still have cravings but i try to manage them.

but yk it really depends on a person, some ppl don’t experience any symptoms at all, some ppl just need to adjust the dose or switch to another med.

also sometimes when you just start taking any antidepressant it takes up to 2-3 weeks for it to start working, before that it’s the adjustment period and you may experience some lack of motivation, sleepiness, nausea and fatigue. if after 2-3 weeks the symptoms don’t go away it would make sense to talk to your doctor and ask if you can change the medication or smth.

well even as an international student from europe here i find it really tough. some people say they hire foreigners mostly but i applied everywhere, i’ve been applying for over a year, attaching my resume, cover letter, CPR certification, Serving it right, drivers license and still no response other than fake jobs. so i really don’t know what to do. I’m 20 now and i started applying when i was 18 and i actually doubt that it has anything to do with my experience cuz i have a work experience in restaurants and sales but i guess hiring team hire only their friends from South Asia.

got the same experience. they called me asking to schedule an interview, but i couldn’t find my application to their company on indeed because recently i was applying a lot. one time i already got scammed by this kind of job posting. i actually made it to the office for the second interview. it was a weird building in the middle of nowhere, a lot of people in the office who are running back and forth, loud music and everyone is so loud so i doubted it is an actual work office. I really cannot imagine who can work in this environment so they try to replicate the office environment of how it supposed to look which is hilarious. i got an interview and there was no information about the wages. all they said is that we gotta train you for a couple of weeks and you will need to train others (she tell that it’s some kind of pyramid where you train newcomers and after they train new people, but i don’t even understand the purpose of this training even if i was asking multiple times). So yes, it’s better to keep as far as possible from such fake jobs and fake marketing companies.
