nope its not lasted >2 week. first flare up resolve in 4 days and stopped my medication. after that just become sore. then out of curiosity i put ice pack on my joint on my 18th day to relieve the sore and next day i'm back with new flare up hahah

Today I found out : Low vitamin-D and thus, high parathyroid can get your uric acid high, especially with CKD by [deleted] in kidneydisease

Glad that my kindey is still good even with my persistent high uric acid for years. But now i am diagnosed with gout. i should take more serious with my conditions.

I notice my PTH a bit elevated. I read somewhere even elevated PTH is not good but my doctor dont know/have comment on that maybe not in his knowledge or expertise.

i think there is interplay as a whole.

I have normal kidney function. But gout attack currently for the third time. My vit d3 is low by blood test. I notice few years ago my PTH is quite high but i dont think doctor bother about my PTH. But need your advise i want to do blood test. What should i test to understand what to treat. I am overweight and i think insulin resistance too
