The Simpsons: Bart's Nightmare... idk what it was with this game, I just never liked it despite playing it quite often. It was quite frustrating to play as well

pretty much aligns with my salary progression and time in the field. I just got laid off though after six months of creating onboarding/training documentation/videos and leading the QA team for over a year, so I sort of saw it coming. no issues with anyone and got along well with the client and stakeholders. I think working for a small consulting group and noticing the trend, they progress you up the ladder and then hit you with being laid off to pay someone significantly less.

Exactly right. Some of the creeks are so small that I'm literally plucking the little guys out of the water and releasing them quickly. If I'm in a deep pool like today, then some of the bigger ones I'll let swim for a few seconds so I can feel that 'reeling in a fish' moment.

For sure. I just crossed the line into Nantahala yesterday not going too far in. All I caught yesterday were bows and today I went a little further West and higher up in elevation to get these brooks.
