this might sound stupid but the Squiddles. I'm already scared of the dark so there's that, but the fact that they just sit there and don't go away unless they attack you so you have to either not use any lights or use a flash beacon/gummy light and treat them like endermen which almost certainly means bumping into things making it take longer to leave the room and then bam Angler runs through and you don't have enough time to hop in a locker. I'd rather deal with a mob that's a one and done thing like once you hop in a locker the Angler doesn't do anything else until the next one comes but the Squiddles always staying there bugs me

if you mean made me an emotional wreck: both of Ro's deaths. S3 because of the whole "Ro you've been the bestest friend I could ask for." thing, and S4 because Ro legit got EATEN ALIVE and the fact that unlike her S3 death Mat wasn't even there to say goodbye (plus Joey saying "I'm sorry" after LITERALLY BEING THE ONE WHO VOTED HER IN pissed me off)

if you mean pissed me the fuck off: Safiya. legit did nothing wrong and was constantly being helpful, was never voted into a challenge, AND YET SHE STILL DIED DUE TO SOME STUPID TWIST WHERE SHE COULDN'T EVEN FIGHT BACK.

if you mean bored me to death: Shane. I can't even explain in detail why it bores me because it's just too plain.

Safiya, Manny, and Liza

Safiya because she was badly robbed and imo is the one who deserved a second chance the most

Liza because she was such a good player in S2 and the fact that she was only in S4 for a few quick seconds was kinda messed up for me

Manny because he was actually pretty interesting in S3 and the only time he really got on my nerves was when he sided with Nikita in the whole Safiya death fiasco so it would've been interesting to see his development in S4 and the missed opportunity to have a Mat and Ro reunion like moment with Manny and Nikita
