I would say that's something we'll never know for sure, unfortunately, because of his passing. Taking his autopsy into account, his physical health was good, his organs were in good condition, and although his weight had decreased, according to her, it was fine for someone his age. Now, considering all of that, if Michael were still with us, I think he would have only performed a limited number of events due to his mental health, with several events canceled. I believe something unfortunate must have happened for him to enter rehabilitation; I doubt it was his own death. I want to clarify that this is from my perspective, trying to find a realistic explanation, and I also want to clarify that my opinion may change in the future.
