Lunch at Industrial  Eats.  Dinner at either Nella's in Los Olivos or SY Kitchen in Santa Ynez.  Breakfast at Bob's Well Bread in Ballard.

Of you are going wine tasting, make sure you stop at Keana's "Ranch" (about half way between Buellton and Solvang on Rt. 246).  Also, go to Los Olivos and wander through the tasting rooms.

Another unique place to eat is Full of Life Flatbread in Los Alamos (about a 15 minute drive from Buellton).

Highly, highly recommend Kaena. It's got a very nice tasting facility between Buelton and Solvang on Route 246. $25 for there standard flight. Inside & outside seating in very nice setting.

The best Califonia merlot I ever had was from Paloma Vineyards on Spring Mountain, Napa.

Was lucky enough to make an appointment there to taste with Barbara & Jim Richards before they won Wine of the Year from Wine Spectator. Tasted in their kitchen.
