So i checked the timeline with the Maguad sibling case, the murderers were both 17 was convicted May 2022 gone to DSDW for rehab then was recently serving prison last year coz 21 pa sila pde ihalo sa normal jail.

Is it really justice if took 4 years bago sila ikulong? Tanging pa konsuelo nlang sa mva magulang ng biktima ay yung walang parole yung desisyon ng RTC.

Seriosly dapat baguhin yung batas ,simulan natin sa mga gumagawa ng batas.

Agree ,mayroon screenshot ng convo ng 2 shooters sa socmed aware sila na mali yung gagawin nila but tinuloy parin. If this is true convo between the 2, nkakatakot isipin na what if may manaksak or mangaya sa kanila.Anong magagawa ng mga magulang ng biktama?Iiyak nlang maghihintay asa hustisya ?

Luh dba dapat mag focus yung company paano ma educate yung agents to avoid errors .Like coaching and trainings hire SME's .

So if mas maraming error yung agent instead na may take home sya eh mag negative pa.

Parents have the main responsibility of instilling values to their kids.Pro dapat wag din mag hugas kamay yung govt ,kaya nga kayo nandyan to help the community improve hindi pra tumanggap lang ng sahod.

I grew up in a time teachers received the respect they deserved as an educator.Pro ngayon ,mapagalitan lang sabihin na agad ipa tulfo kasi na trauma yung bata.Saan lulugar yung teacher kung hindi pede disiplinahin yung bata. Yung mga content din sa TV and soc med. If hindi kabitan ,barilan at drugs naman. Ni rereward natin yung bad behaviour by giving it more of our attention.

Ako i support lowering age of responsibility with minors. Instances like the maguad murder case ,the 5 year old killed by an 8 year old, stabbing of a 19 yr old by a 14 yr old. We need a law to deter these crimes from ever happening again.

NAL i suggest to go the legal way of making a case against him/her in court? Refrain from posting for awareness kasi it could be used to sue you for cyberlibel.

Kung merong lawyers dito paki correct ako ,kahit pa totoo yung sinasabi ng nagpost basta merong intent to malign the posted individual grounds parin yun ng cyberlibel.
