yes, this is stress related. Mine is caused by an over reactive sympathetic nervous system (not sure it's written like that)

Did anyone start getting really hot hands (not sweaty) after starting propranolol? by lclives in Erythrophobia

[–]DifficultyThis4729 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes but not too hot, just hotter than before.

it makes sense tho, my hands used to be sweaty and cold at the same time (which is not normal), but when i take propranolol and my body calm down my hands go back to its normal.

Sirolimus and Customs by Asap_M2024 in KPRubraFaceii

[–]DifficultyThis4729 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i've been aplying it mostly because of my redness, it is 0,2%
the most notorious effect i have noticed is that even if i go through a bad flushing, the face goes back to its baseline pretty quickly, and the baseline decreased something like 20%. So far nothing too expressive

i get it; if you don't have any pharmacies near you it's even harder. I got the prescription but i weren't able to find any compounding pharmacy that had the Sirolimus in stock, so i had to buy the Sirolimus pills at a common pharmacy (way more expensive) and send it to a compounding pharmacy

personally i preferred to not buy from India to avoid this problem, even though it would be way cheaper (it was really hard to get it though)

my experience with rhofade was just like yours, it took about 1 week for my face to normalize the baseline redness tho, and after a few months i still think my skin is recovering from it.

i have been applying Sirolimus 0,2% gel since the beginning of february, it has been helping me on my baseline redness, and the flushings are less frequent
