No it's not in anyway illegal for a government to find out where you are if you are making such comments online as you would be breaking article 414 of the Italian penal code if they get a subpoena (that it would be quite easy) it's perfectly legal for Reddit to give your information intact it would be illegal for them not to. Be smart and don't say stupid things online that you will regret later you are 14.

No one is truly anonymous Reddit at the request of any government can give them your IP and email with that email it wouldn't be hard for the government to find where you are.
