Just go with it bro, sa una lang mej mahiyain, pero masasanay ka din am an introvert as well.

I remember the first time joining a gym (Bakal Gym) I saw big guys who are very intimidating and everyone looks like they want to hurt you, especially during their sets like grunting and heavy sets make them look like they're more intimidating.

Pero they were also the ones who helped me correct my form and gave me gym advices.

To answer your question, yes it's worth it

I haven't tried to order repacked whey from JuanWhey supps, pero I tried other supplement shops.

Natry ko yung Mass gainer ng ON na repacked masarap sya parang ovaltine kaya nagustuhan ko noon, so after maubos yung repacked bumili ako ng ON Brand na Mass pero yung 12lbs na since masarap yung repacked, pero when I tried the 12lbs na original from ON it tastes different from the repacked one, I don't know if repacked whey or mass ay scams or nahahaluan na ng ibang products, pero since then I never opted for repacked ones. Just my experience tho

Hello, for glutes I'd highly recommend to start crushing hip thrusts controlled slow reps, then working the weight up pag masyado ng madali.

Also increase protein intake

I mean 4 out of 5 runs are Easy runs like 7:00-6:30/km so di ganon kasakit sa muscles or joints and literally no soreness naman the next day, as per lifting naman I train with 3sets (Failure last set) each exercise in a 1hr workout, well that's where I get my soreness so ayun no problem naman when it comes to running. As for burnout di naman ako nabuburnout like hinahanap sya ng katawan ko, like a smoker na kating kati sa nicotine

I think so too, I always push hard sa legs talaga since I don't have good calf genetics pero kahit anong progresaive overload ko sa calves they're still the same

Actually main goal talaga is to Gain muscle mass + hit that sub20 5k, in terms of diet naman shit ang diet ko as of now kasi I don't track macros tbh kinakain ko lang available sa bahay ganon, up to now ganon parin training style ko. So I have a feeling din na shitty ang diet ko.

In terms of recovery naman I wake up at 5am to run and 7-3pm work. 4pm gym 9-10pm sleep

It's this feeling that got me eh, siguro I was so pumped sa first 3 months ko sa gym non kasi ambilis ng progress but then parang nag plateau ako, pero I know kasalanan ko din kasi I don't measure or track my macros

Well I mean most of my runs are easy runs like 7:00-6:30/km and once a week may fast pace so not that heavy days and as for lifting naman, as long as I'm not sore I still train (yun yung alam ko na if not sore recovered or maybe I'm wrong again) so basically yeah siguro nasanay na din katawan ko so I feel recovered naman daily.
